An Ormolu-Mounted Mahogany Open Bookcase
In the Louis XV Manner
Made of mahogany, the bookcase stands on splayed feet fitted with scrolling gilt bronze sabots. Its bombé sides enclose an open interior with three shelves, and the mahogany top has a beaded brass guard rail supported by male masks.
