A Fine Porcelain-Mounted Centre Table
In the Louis XV Style of Town & Emanuel
Constructed from tulipwood with bois satiné crossbanding, dressed with ormolu mounts throughout, rising from foliate sabot shod cabriole legs and terminating in ormolu 'espagnolettes,' the serpentine frieze dressed with a trio of 'fond vert' porcelain plaques; above, the rectangular platform with a bronze cast guard edge strip surrounding the quarter-veneered tulipwood surface.
