The silver Hall Marked for London, bearing date letters for 1854, and the young Queen Victoria's head; the triangulated scrolled and pierced base dressed with foliates, and issuing six serpentine arms adorned with leaves and tendrils, supporting petal form cut and acid etched glass flower holders, and a single central column of conforming type.
