Castaudi & Gautero

The silversmiths of Castaudi & Gautero were active in Vercelli (between Milan and Turin) with a trademark registered in 1935, although the company is already recorded at the Turin international exhibition of 1911. Their immensely varied production included gold and silver chains, bracelets, but also tableware consisting of silver-mounted crystal as well as trays, candlesticks, coffee sets, and more. With their increased success, they later also had premises in Turin and Milan. The company was subsequently owned by Emanuelli & Pastore and continued into the late 20th century.
