DescriptionRising from three hipped legs, with carved slipper toes, and further floral carving, the central column turned and tapered, the top with eight asymmetrical ebony panels laid about a central panel of quatrefoil form, on a burr walnut ground, with extensive marquetry form trophies, foliates and musical instruments, enclosed within an ebonised thumbnail edge. Circa 1860.
