In the Louis XVI Manner
Constructed from kingwood and bois satiné with ormolu mounts throughout, each cabinet supported on tap9624ering square fluted legs with looped stretchers, the corners of the apron dressed with gilt bronze rosettes and housing lockable drawers, the superstructure glazed on the front and sides within book-matched borders and fluted ormolu columns to the corners, a lockable door enclosing the interior with an adjustable shelf; the top glazed in conforming manner with a three-quarter pierced gallery.
