A Pair of Ormolu-Mounted 'Sèvres' Porcelain Vases
Beautifully hand-painted on a dark cobalt blue background, each vase supported on square ormolu bases with incurved corners, the porcelain baluster bodies with ormolu twin handles modelled as winged herms, with parcel gilt decoration, the front and back having elliptical cartouches depicting mythological figures including cupid; surmounted by a parcel gilt decorated lid with berried finial. Signed "Jocelyn."
